At BestVacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Vacuum

  Securely pack the vacuum and all original accessories in the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
